Our step-by-step process
01. Order
Request a quote and we’ll provide a detailed estimate that shows cost breakdown, material descriptions, dimensions, freight estimates and an overall total. Once approved, you’ll receive a proforma invoice followed by intricate shop drawings for your review.
02. Production
Upon approval, your order will go into production. Quality checks will be completed for each item to ensure proper condition and functionality before being carefully packaged for transit.
03. Fulfillment
Our international carrier will bring your order to the port nearest the destination where a stateside carrier will pick up your container(s) and deliver them directly to your project. Each load comes with a detailed, itemized packing slip. If requested, we will arrange direct communication with an onsite contact and set a delivery appt.
